State Theatre, New Brunswick, NJ - Conrad Schmitt Studios conducted a historic paint investigation to reveal the original designs and colors used in the decorative painting of the State Theatre. Designed by renowned theatre architect Thomas Lamb and completed in 1921, the venue was originally a vaudeville and silent movie palace. Findings from the paint investigation guided the restoration of the original decorative scheme.
