The preservation, restoration and beautification of the St. Joseph Cathedral in Sioux Falls, SD is now completed, and the official opening of the doors takes place the week of July 25th. The public is invited to glimpse the beautiful interior with self-guided tours from 9-11:30 a.m. and 1-5 p.m. Tours for larger groups (10 or more) with a guide provided can be taken from 1-5 p.m.
Representatives of Conrad Schmitt Studios are attending the dedication of the new Altar and the Mass of Thanksgiving for the Cathedral workers on July 26th & 27th. CSS is honored to be a part of the wonderful renewal.
"Its really a great gift...hopefully it will invigorate all. Not only those who are Catholics but those who come here and see this building on the hill as a sign of hope in a world, when we need signs of hope," said Bishop Paul Swain.
